No refunds after delivery

Once a digital code or account access has been delivered, refunds are not provided.

When a replacement may be possible

  • The code is invalid before redemption (and we can verify it), or
  • The delivered item is different from what was ordered, or
  • There is a confirmed technical issue on our side
