Return and Refund Policy (Digital Products)

TechMoris sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery is via WhatsApp, and by email if provided at checkout.


No returns for digital products

Digital products can be redeemed instantly, so we do not accept returns.

No refunds after delivery

Once a code, subscription, or account access details have been delivered to you, refunds are not provided.


When a replacement may be possible

A replacement may be offered only if:

  • The delivered code is invalid before redemption and we can verify it, or
  • You received the wrong product compared to your order, or
  • There is a confirmed technical issue on our side

  • Clear proof (screenshot or video where relevant)
  • A short explanation of the issue

Region compatibility

Many digital products are region-locked (FR, US, UK, etc.). You are responsible for selecting the correct region for your account/platform.

If you purchase the wrong region or an incompatible product, replacement is not guaranteed.


Manual payments and processing

Payments are manual. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.


Fraud and misuse

We may refuse refunds or replacements if we suspect misuse, redemption, sharing, chargeback attempts, or inconsistent information.
