What you receive

• A digital code (gift card, top up, PS Plus code, etc.), or
• Account access details (for certain subscriptions or digital access products)

Delivery method

• Processing starts after payment confirmation.
• Delivered via WhatsApp.
• Email delivery if you provided an email at checkout.

Region compatibility

Many digital products are region-locked. Choose the correct region for your account/store (FR, US, UK, etc.).

• If you choose the wrong region, replacement is not guaranteed.
• If unsure, message us before paying.

• Mon–Fri: 10:00–15:00 and 17:00–23:00
• Sat: 11:00–15:00 and 17:00–23:00
• Sun: 10:00–17:00
